All our products come with a warranty. The warranty period may vary and is stated on the product page. If you are purchasing directly from the seller, please request it during customer service.

Warranty activation

In case of a defective product within the warranty period, please contact the seller or email contato@eletrohorse.com.br to arrange the return of the merchandise for evaluation.

If the problem is confirmed, the problem will be corrected and the product may be exchanged for an equal or superior product. If there is no product available for exchange, the full amount of the payment will be refunded to the customer.

We are not responsible for loss of information or any other problems resulting from a defect in the product, and backup, redundancy and preservation of personal information are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Additional information

The warranty does not cover drops, poor care, misuse (according to the manufacturer), liquid spills, exposure to explosions, extreme cold, high temperatures, etc.

It also does not cover products that have undergone hardware modifications or that have been opened or disassembled by third parties.
